Why care about what you eat?
Why is it important to care about what we eat?Should you care about what you eat?
I think so. The food we eat is the energy we spread. We take it in but also we spread the message that this is the energy we should take.
For health - mental, physical, emotional.
Energy exchange, what you pay - money and attention you will increase in this area of the world.
Where does your food come from?
Which country? which plant? which animal?
Have you met anyone that does not like to eat?
Everyone loves to eat, it seems like a constant common ground for pretty much all human beings.

We want to enjoy eating. When we do not have an appetite we wish we did so we can enjoy the taste and feelings we get. We can bond and share our time during a meal or snack. We socialize with the vendors and others that are also around us eating or see us eating and enjoying. Cooking is also a fun activity that we spend lots of time and energy on from watching to learning to doing.
Even if the food itself only accounts for a quarter or less of the actual energy we use, the three dimensional food we take can be our medicine or our poison depending on: what it is, how we consume it and the amounts.

Transcendence Beyond belief
What if you could live a life of abundance, happiness, health, wealth, and love?
In this episode, you’ll meet an extraordinary person who grew up believing that he will be nothing other than ordinary. You’ll witness how a boy with a 'broken brain' overcame his learning difficulties to go on and achieve his life dreams and become a world expert in accelerated learning.
We’ll dive deep into the the way our minds are programmed and what forms our beliefs, values, and identity, and how we can reconfigure our brains to alter our limiting beliefs that are holding us back.
Not only can recalibrating the individual mind be beneficial for our mental state and accelerate us towards our goals in life, it can also control our biochemistry. Negative and positive emotions can have a significant impact on the expression of disease.
Your mind is everything. What you think you become.

Transcendence Overcoming fear & stress
Could living in a state of fear and stress be contributing to illness? Is there a link between stress and cancer? Can you heal your body through controlling your mind and breath?
In this episode, you’ll hear how Chris Wark went from fear-driven cancer patient to confident cancer survivor and thriver, using the power of nutrition and breaking negative thoughts and emotions. Through his anecdotal story, you’ll discover how your fear and stress affect your health, how it inhibits your immune system and can down regulate genes, and how your body was never designed to be in chronic fear and stress.
We’ll dive deep into how living in a state of stress can cause a negative physiological response in the body and how stress hormones inhibit the body’s ability to effectively use body fat as fuel.
And we’ll teach you how to diminish fear and stress to regain power with breathwork, and various other lifestyle techniques, such as meditation, yoga, and daily rituals.
Once you watch Episode 2, you’re probably going to have an urge to breathe like Wim Hof and start having cold showers daily. If you want to learn his method you can take his breathwork miniclass as one of the extended lessons inside the Transcendence Masterclass, available on FMTV.
In this extended lesson with Wim, you will learn the methodology behind his breathing technique, how to create your own morning breathwork routine, and why you should be taking cold showers every single day.
The is just one of the extended lessons inside of the 21 Day Transcendence Masterclass which is available on FMTV.

Transcendence What's in our food?
Could the first step to changing your life be as simple as what you put in your mouth? Should you eliminate gluten? How can you heal the gut and autoimmune conditions naturally? What’s the best diet for long term health and vitality?
In this episode, we’ll begin by taking a closer look at the evolution of our modern diet and in particular how our quest for the perfect, durable crop has resulted in a distorted version of a once-humble grain. But wheat and gluten can’t be all to blame, it is the culmination of what we eat and the way we eat in the 21st century that has really lead us astray.
We’ll also deep dive into the role of the gut in terms of overall health and its impact on the explosion of autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, crohn's, fibromyalgia and celiac disease. Plus witness how a young boy from war-torn Serbia went on to become one of the world’s greatest tennis players, simply through changing what he fueled his body with.

Pleasure is pain
Things that give us pleasure bring us pain.
I have realized this now, even though we heared this before. But today it all became so clear to me.
How did I come to this?
For over 2 years now I have been learning more and more about the health of the human body. And the rules are pretty close to the idea of pleasure in the mouth will bring pain in the body. There's many ways to heal the body, the best way is simply stop the pleasure; stop eating. Yes, fasting is the sure way, to heal. This is also not new, there's many sources, many studies, many living examples of this truth. You can choose to believe whatever you want to believe but try this and see for yourself.
So, can we apply this formula to other pleasures? things like sex, drugs, etc it does make sense, the more of those you do, the worse off your body will be... maybe there's some exceptions and maybe there's some ways to tweak or reduce the pleasure in some ways. For example; eating fruits (even so, some are better at this than others) will still bring a lot of pleasure, specially after fasting, and you will be reducing the pain. With that, there's also some drugs that are plant (or animal) medicines that can bring goodness. And of course, sex will bring some further pleasure (after pain, like say, giving birth).
In the end, we know the results of our bodies. We know we are going to die in the physical form. Some of us choose to live in less pain with moderate pleasure, others may choose to have lots of pleasure with disregard of the pain that may come. Our overall feelings, moods, emotions and satisfaction.
Who knows, what is right? What are the meanings behind it all?
Do you agree? Tell me your thoughts in the comments below.
Thank you for reading.

Raw vegan food in airports
Mostly a difficult task, finding good quality raw food in airports.
Some restaurants have fresh young coconuts, others can have salads (might be loaded with sauces and might even have cheese or even worse, dead animals!)
In Jakarta, I found a buffet for 15 dollars (Canadian) that is full of fruits and vegetables!
Expensive but worth it if you have 5 hours to kill and you can keep eating the papaya!
Hope there will be a better community information in the future to help share where the quality and cheap raw foods are around the world when it's hard to find. Also my experience that tourist traps in city centers have very limited and expensive fruits.
Help each other find the fruit, abundance is out there.
Enjoy

General Guide for finding local fruit markets
Being fruitarian I always love local fruit markets, here's the tips of what I learned so far for finding them around the places I've visited.
1. Google - best friend indeed, also on google maps using keywords like market, fruit, etc.
2. Look for major streets, intersections and bus or train stations tends to yeld good success in countries like India, Nepal and rest of Asia. Though I find less in South East Asia since so much of the population owns motorbikes and not so much is transported on bus or train routes.
3. Look for major stores, they tend to have morning markets outside!
4. Talk to the locals! find out the word for fruit and/or market and ask them if they know where it is! when it is and more.
Enjoy fruit hunting!
Let me know if you have more tips in the comments below!

6 Useful Apps for Travel
We are all very fortunate to be alive in this time and use the modern advanced technology to help us in our daily life, including if your lifestyle includes travel!
Download and use these with Android and iPhone (or othre iOS device)
Mapping:
Maps.Me - offline maps with trails and details
Google Maps - listings of businesses, directions, attractions and reviews of all the places.
Google Photos - free unlimited photo and video back to your gmail (can access online at photos.google.com) bonus to use the location GPS on your camera gives the ability to search your photos by location!
Accommodation:
Agoda - specially in South East Asia and Asia, very good for booking and finding cheap places for accommodation. Note: owned by booking.com but still I find agoda has better deals and user interface.
CouchSurfing - Sign up and fill out your account if you don't have one already. useful for making connections in various places, they can help you find local places and sometimes they can offer you a place to stay!
Communication:WhatsApp - Useful for texting and calling when internet is slow, but need to verify by SMS so choose a phone number you memorized and can keep from someone else getting it (which means they can verify the SMS and take over your account).
Bonus apps:
Kayak, Skyscanner, Google Trips - flight lookup (normally can book directly with the airline website)
Cleartrip for train schedules in India
Other useful:
Weather
Calculator
Google Calendar and Google Keep - for notes (both sync with gmail)
Apps I use:
Strava - for cycling and running, uses GPS.
SoundHound - to fetch song name and artist by listening to what is playing.
Translator - useful with all languages that google has.
Let me know if you have other useful apps or websites in the comments below.

Does Indonesian consulate in Kathmandu, Nepal give tourist visa?
I believe they do, but as the head of the consulate told me it would only be for 30 days and take 2 weeks so it is better to get the landed visa on arrival
