Second successful camping trip in the Ontario Parks campgrounds, here's some tips.
Cooking Equipment:

- Cast iron pan + lid
- Peeler for fruits and vegetables
- Knife to chop vegetables
- Cutting Board
- Spoon
- Cup
- Bowl
- Pot + lid
- Gas mini bottle with stove top for consistant heat when boiling vegetables
- Gloves and towel for picking up hot pot and pan
- Foil to wrap vegetables to cook inside the fire or to wrap leftovers
- Tongs to pickup foil wrapped vegetables
Camping Equipment:
- Tent
- Sleeping bag
- Sleeping (or yoga) mat
- Blanket to stay warm at night
- Hat and gloves if cold
- Headlamp
- Candles
- Axe to chop wood
- Toothbrush + hydrogenperoxide (for whitening)
Transportation:
- Bicycle + lock
- Lights
Food for cooking: whatever you like to cook or eat raw, look for local and in season which will normally mean it is fresher and cheaper. Try to get organic when possible, specially if they are on the dirty dozen list.

Fruit: experiment with new fruits, get juicy. Again look for local and in season to get fresher and cheaper.
